I was honored to be invited as a commentator for the VENTI 2027 Pre-Event Live Streaming Webinar, participating in international case discussions alongside host Prof. Gerard Goh, Prof. Marcus Katoh, Dr. Federico Cavalheiro, and Dr. Masahiko Shibuya.

This live stream featured a demonstration by Dr. Yuji Okuno, the originator of TAME (Transarterial Microembolization) technology, who shared the latest clinical experience and technical details. I also had the opportunity to exchange ideas from a Taiwanese perspective with experts from different countries and online viewers, discussing the application of TAME in the treatment of hip pain, especially Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome (GTPS). Embolization strategies, vascular anatomy, and practical techniques.

Through these cross-national real-time case discussions, we can not only understand the differences in treatment approaches and techniques among different centers, but also stimulate more ideas for clinical practice and research. It is gratifying to see TAME continue to receive international attention and gradually develop into one of the important options for global musculoskeletal interventional therapy.
