Thank you to Dr. Wang Sizan of the Dalin Tzu Chi Pain Integration Center for the invitation, which gave me the opportunity to share with you the mechanism, clinical evidence, and key points of practical operation of [percutaneous epidural adhesiolysis (PEA), Percutaneous epidural adhesiolysis], as well as my personal interventional treatment experience.

These patients often suffer from chronic pain despite undergoing surgery. Identifying the true source of pain through imaging, pathological mechanisms, and precise intervention is a clinically challenging yet highly valuable aspect.

Special thanks to Deputy Chief Physician Lin Ting-kuang for moderating the discussion, which ensured a smooth flow and clear focus. It was also an honor to exchange clinical experience with Dr. Chien Jui-teng, Chief Physician Lai Yung-yu, and Dr. Chen Chi-chi, from whom I gained a great deal.
