At the MSK intervention session of the 2026 TRC Annual Meeting, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Hsu Yi-Chih for the invitation, and to Dr. Hsieh Tzu-Chih of Chi Mei Hospital and Dr. Huang Yu-Han of Shin Kong Hospital for their guidance.

This session was incredibly insightful and practical:

Dr. Lin Jianping from Shuang Ho Hospital shared the application of Bone Marrow Aspirate (BMA injection) in chronic musculoskeletal pain.

Dr. Xu Yizhi from Tri-Service General Hospital demonstrated spinal injection techniques using ultrasound combined with computed tomography (CT) and image-guided.

The exchange of different treatment strategies, from vascular intervention and regenerative medicine to image-guided technology, made the entire session more than just "academic"; it was also very relevant to clinical practice.

I gained a lot and once again felt the energy of MSK intervention's continuous evolution.
