TAME and GAE Included in Braddom's Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, 7th Edition

Thank you to Professor Hsieh Lin-Fen of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Shin Kong Hospital for the invitation and recognition.

I am honored to contribute my clinical experience and perspectives on Transarterial Microembolization (TAME) (GAE/TAME) to Braddom’s Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, 7th Edition.

I am also very honored to be listed alongside Professor Tseng Fan-Wen in the same chapter and on the same page.

This is not only a personal milestone, but also a small step that symbolizes Taiwan's continued international recognition in the field of pain intervention and interdisciplinary integrated treatment.

Furthermore, last year, research on GAE/TAME-related topics was published in Radiology (IF: 15.2) by Dr. Siddharth A. Padia from the United States and Dr. Florian N. Fleckenstein from Germany.

These advancements further convince me that as long as we continue to delve deeper into clinical problems and solidify our evidence, there is a future opportunity for more Taiwanese experiences to be published in high-impact journals and on the international stage.
