Among them, Director Tsai Yi-shan, also a radiologist, shared an AI-powered image interpretation software that analyzes the composition of muscle and fat in the body. This system quantifies the proportion of visceral fat and the degree of muscle fat infiltration and has been applied to multiple clinical studies to explore the correlation between different diseases and myosteatosis. The results have not only been published but have also received several awards.
