I am grateful to the Chinese Society of Radiology (TRS/RSROC) for the invitation, which gave me the opportunity to share the clinical efficacy and imaging changes of Transarterial Microembolization (TAME) in the treatment of finger and wrist joint osteoarthritis, De Quervain's disease, and triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) injury at the 74th Academic Symposium in 2025. I am also very pleased to have the opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas with the relevant experts.

Thank you to Dr. Hsieh Tzu-chi, Director of the Department of Radiology at Chi Mei Hospital, and Dr. Chen Jung-pang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Department of Imaging Medicine at Wan Fang Hospital, for chairing the meeting. We also thank Professor Taiki Nozaki from Japan, Dr. Wu Hung-ta, Director of the Department of Imaging Medicine at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, and Dr. Yang Yi-chiang from the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Taipei Veterans General Hospital for their excellent presentations.

I was also honored to be invited to be the opening speaker at the annual meeting for Dr. Lu Bing-sheng's demonstration of image-guided-assisted pain management at Hsi-Yi Clinic. Hsi-Yi Clinic, located in Da'an District, Taipei City, is a new type of clinic soon to open, equipped with advanced equipment such as the ultrasound and C-arm with CBCT. It focuses on minimally invasive pain management, pioneering the use of radiologists in primary care. Dr. Lu's expertise lies in various interventional pain management therapies and neuroregenerative medicine. He also currently serves as a supervisor of the Taiwan Society for Genetic Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Looking forward to its future opening and its potential to bring new solutions to various pain patients.

However, Bow Wang, M.D. only learned the day before that there would be foreign guests, requiring a speech in English. Therefore, with the assistance of AI, Bow Wang, M.D., whose English proficiency is average, successfully completed the annual meeting speech. Bow Wang, M.D. couldn't help but admire the rapid progress of AI and the various forms of assistance it can provide.
