The 2025 Asia-Pacific Congress on Interventional Cardiovascular Radiology (APSCVIR 2025) will be held from April 25-27 this year in Da Nang, Vietnam.Da Nang, Vietnam】The APSCVIR conference is held annually in different Asia-Pacific countries, attracting experts and scholars in the field of radiology from around the world. During the conference, I presented my collaborative research with Dr. Liang Gengwei from Zhongshan Hospital, Dr. Lin Xuanyin from Zhongrong Hospital, and Dr. Xu Kailan from National Cheng Kung University's Department of Orthopedics: [Clinical Outcomes and Related Imaging Changes of Transarterial Microembolization (TAME) in the Treatment of Frozen Shoulder; Liang KW, Lin HY, Wang B*, et al. The conference was met with enthusiastic responses. Afterwards, pain management and interventional vascular therapy experts, Dr. Bui Van Giang from Vietnam and Dr. Pua Uei from Singapore, specifically came to exchange ideas and discuss with Bow Wang, M.D..

USA【Dr. Shamar Young, an interventional radiology specialist specializing in pain management, explained how he uses computed tomography (CT) guided (CT-guided) devices for various nerve blocks and cryotherapy for pain management.

At APSCVIR 2025, the Taiwan team delivered a stellar performance, achieving a record number of speakers from Taiwan, including lecturers, chairpersons, oral presenters, and workshop participants, demonstrating our significant influence in the Asian region.

TSIR also successfully secured a Group Membership agreement with CIRSE, providing more opportunities for young interventional radiologists from Taiwan to attend conferences and pursue further studies in Europe! Dr. Shang-Lin Yeh won the Best Oral Presentation award at the conference, proving the professional strength of Taiwan's Rising Stars! The Taichung Veterans General Hospital team also presented their Wireless Technique Hands-on course, attracting many international colleagues and sparking lively exchanges! Many thanks again to the Taiwan Society of Interventional Radiology (TSIR), it's truly an honor!!
