I am grateful to Dr. Chen Bai-lei and Director Guo Hao-ran of the Department of Occupational and Environmental Medicine for the invitation, which allowed me to introduce various image-guided pain intervention therapies and the application and literature review of Transarterial Microembolization (TAME) in various musculoskeletal spinal joint pain treatments. Bow Wang, M.D. also recounted two case studies of collaborating with the Department of Occupational Medicine to identify the causes and resolve pain in patients.

National Cheng Kung University established the "Special Occupational Disease Clinic" in the Department of Internal Medicine of its affiliated hospital in 1980, responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases. Since 2008, it has been one of the occupational injury and disease treatment centers for workers in southern Taiwan, and in 2010 it was renamed the "Occupational Injury and Disease Prevention Center," providing occupational injury and disease related services to workers in southern Taiwan, and also providing occupational medical professional personnel support and training services to various medical institutions in the region.

In his speech, Bow Wang, M.D. also expressed his gratitude again to the partners and support of National Cheng Kung University Hospital's Clinical Department, and looked forward to publishing the collaborative research results in international literature in the future.
