I am grateful to Dr. Chih-Hung Wu of the Taiwan Society of Interventional Radiology for the invitation to host the musculoskeletal pain interventional therapy seminar at the 2023 Annual Meeting. I was delighted to have further discussions and exchanges with many radiologists who perform interventional therapy on related topics. I was also pleased to have the opportunity to conduct a live surgery broadcast at the Center of Minimal-invasive Interventional Radiology (CMIR) at National Taiwan University Hospital.

Under the personal guidance of Dr. Okuno, Bow Wang, M.D., together with Dr. Yu-Chen Wang of National Taiwan University Hospital, performed simplified Transarterial Microembolization (TAME) procedures on two patients, one with tennis elbow and the other with De Quervain's thumb. [TAME] Treatment. Follow-up visits to both patients after treatment showed improvement in pain.

Many thanks to everyone for their support of this event. Over forty physicians registered to participate. Due to limited capacity in the angiography room, video conferencing was used, and the simultaneous live broadcast was successfully completed.

In addition to expressing special thanks to Dr. Okuno for his personal guidance, I am also grateful to the nurses, radiologists, TSIR secretary, and staff at National Taiwan University Hospital for making the entire event possible. This has been a very valuable experience for me.
