I am grateful to Ms. Wang Duanling, the person in charge of the [National Cheng Kung University Hospital Community Medical Group], for the invitation, and to Ms. Yang Yiqing, the director of the [National Cheng Kung University Hospital Geriatric Hospital Preparatory Office] and [National Cheng Kung University Hospital Community Health Care Center], for hosting the event. This gave me the opportunity to speak about musculoskeletal [Transarterial Microembolization (TAME); TAME] and my experience with treatment at National Cheng Kung University. I am also very pleased to have further discussions and exchanges with the senior staff from grassroots clinics on related topics.

In his presentation, Bow Wang, M.D., besides discussing the indications for [Transarterial Microembolization (TAME); TAME] as mentioned above, also shared with the senior practitioners that many clinics in Japan are currently implementing [Simplified Transarterial Microembolization (TAME); Simplified TAME]. He also expressed his hope that this new pain management therapy for chronic arthritis will become more widespread in grassroots clinics in Taiwan in the future.

Each senior practitioner in the clinic is a role model for us, and they play an indispensable role in establishing themselves in the community and promoting primary healthcare through their own efforts. I am very happy to have this opportunity to exchange ideas with you all. Seeing the senior practitioners in the audience, diligently learning new knowledge and taking photos to record the event, was truly moving.
