Thanks to Dr. Liu Yisheng (Department of Medical Imaging, National Cheng Kung University Hospital) for his guidance, which gave me the opportunity to train at IICIR 2019 in Korea, and to hear Dr. Park Sang Woo, a master of embolization in Korea, introduce TAME. I was very pleased to find that my published papers were mentioned in briefings by experts from Japan and South Korea, including a small review I had previously published in the *Asia Pacific Journal of Pain* (APJP) at the request of Dr. Zhang Kaimin, editor-in-chief of the *Taiwan Journal of Pain*. Furthermore, after the presentation, a South Korean expert who also had related publications discussed and exchanged various details with me.
