Thank you to Dr. Wang Po-Kai, Director of the Pain Management Department at Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital, for providing the venue and making numerous arrangements, including this year's newly added special course assisted by an orthopedic surgeon—it was invaluable. I still remember last year's course coincided with the COVID-19 outbreak in Hualien, and the pressure they faced was unimaginable. Thank you to Chairman Lin Chih-Peng of the Taiwan Pain Medicine Association and Chairman Wang Ting-Kui of the Taiwan Neurological Medical Association, and the many lecturers who led the various excellent courses taught and guided us; we gained a great deal and benefited immensely.I am also grateful for this opportunity to engage in treatment discussions and exchanges with physicians from different specialties, including anesthesiology, rehabilitation, orthopedics, and neurology. This interdisciplinary dialogue has broadened and enriched my perspective and thinking.
