Applications of Medical Imaging and Interventional Therapy in Bone Tumors and Other Diseases — Instrumentation Today, Q4 Issue 229
Author: Wang Bo Physician
I would like to thank Professor Ming-Lung Yeh of the Taiwan Instrument Research Center, National Applied Research Laboratories, and the journal *Scientific Instrument Knowledge* for inviting me to contribute an article to issue 229 of Q4 2021, titled "Applications of Medial Imaging Diagnosis and Associated Intervention to Bone Tumor and Other Disease".
Medical imaging plays a crucial role in clinical disease diagnosis, utilizing various instruments such as X-ray machines, ultrasound (US), computed tomography (CT) (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) (MRI). In addition to interpretation, image-guided slices and related treatments are also applied to lesions in various locations using the musculoskeletal system.
This article mainly introduces various common clinical medical imaging principles and instrument applications in clinical scenario simulations of bone tumors, and briefly introduces the clinical applications of AI deep learning in medical imaging and radiomics, which has emerged in recent years.
